  • Maria Komorowska

    Chairman of the Supervisory Board

    Studied at the Department of Psychology of the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw. In 1995, completed a professional course "Specialised Advertising and Promotion Techniques" organised by the French Management Institute in Warsaw. Commenced her professional career in 1980 at RSW Prasa-Książka-Ruch in Katowice, where she worked till 1988. In 1992-1994, Regional Sales Manager at USWest Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. From 1994 to 2000, worked with Presspublica Sp. z o.o. as the Director of the Advertising and Announcement Bureau of the "Rzeczpospolita" daily. In 2001, Marketing and Sales Director at Alliance Media Polska S.A. in Poznań. In 2002-2004, Marketing Director in Otwarty Rynek Elektroniczny S.A. in Warsaw. From January 2005 to August 2006, working with EFICOM Sp. z o.o. as the Head of the Public Affairs and Public Relations Department. From September 2006 till the end of May 2007, advised to the Management Board of EFICOM Sp. z o.o. Since June 2007, Member of the Supervisory Board of EFICOM S.A.

  • Adam Kruczek

    Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board

    Graduated from Silesia University, Design of Information Systems specialisation. Between 1994-2007 worked in Systemy Komputerowe Główka S.A as a programmer and an analyst. Then as a Project Manager for the Customs Service (Celina, TQS, ECS, Intrastat). Since 2007 his sales information solutions, first in BSB Company, now in Wola Info S.A. where is responsable for sale and business development for public sector clients.

    In 1973, graduated as a Master of Law from the Department of Law and Administration, University of Wrocław. Since 1981, attorney at the Law Society in Warsaw. From 1989 to 1993, Vice-president of the Management Board of Finryan International. Since 1992, Partner and President of the Management Board of Finvest Sp. z o.o. Since 1994, has been running his individual law agency. Since 2000, Member of the Supervisory Board of Net Technology S.A. Since May 2007, Member of the Supervisory Board of EFICOM S.A.

  • Jacek Wojciechowicz

    Member of the Supervisory Board

    Jacek Jan Wojciechowicz, economist and sociologist, graduated at Planning and Statistics School in Warsaw. He started his work as assistant in Culture Institute in Warsaw. At the beginning of the 80’s he emigrated to Australia, where he did sociologist Ph.D. studies at La Trobe University in Melbourne. Between 1986 and 1988 he worked as academic teacher, Department of Sociology at Monash University (Chisholm Institute of Technology) and at the same time worked in Radio 3 ZZZ in Melbourne as radio journalist. Between 1990 and 1993 was a Deputy Director of Springvale Community Health Center. When he came back to Poland in 1994 he started his work as General Director of polish-british company ‘’Surrey Business and Language Centres” and then participated as consultant and manager of restructuring and training projects in restructuring process of polish big industrial companies: Star Starachowice, ZEORK, KZO, FAZOS, Elektrownia Bełchatów and others. He managed many consulting firms and he was a member of Supervisory Boards in the Treasury companies: DAL THM S.A. i „Polska Wełna” S.A. Between 1996-2009 he was Chief of Comunication Department and spokesman of World Bank in Poland. Since March 2009 Chief Economist of Polish Institute of Directors. Co-author of report of World Bank ‘’Corruption in Poland” published in 1999, member of World Bank’s team dedicated to fight against corruption ‘’Poland Knowledge Economy”, ‘’Doing Business”, CSR and others. Member of Medical Group of programe ‘’Against Corruption ” at Batory Fundation. Economist commentator, co-worker of Radio TOK FM and TVP. In leisure time he does alpinism, skiing, jogging and horse riding. He is keen on opera.

  • Magdalena Bielawska

    Member of the Supervisory Board

    Economist with the speciality foreign trade, graduated from School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw, business consultant. She began the career in the French firm consulting AKN Conseil, where she was responsible for the marketing studies of French firms enterings on Polish market Conforama, Bank Paribas, Euro-RSCG, Sederma, then the consultant in the Information Centre, Ministry of Ownership Transformations. Since 1992 she specialized in the cosmetic business, becoming one of the most experienced expert in this field on the Polish market, leading the branch office of the French firm SEDERMA producing active materials to cosmetics. Since 1998 she works as the Sales Manager of the international chemical concern Croda.
